Apply to RO the match via the Staff registration

Once you are approved you can choose an RO team. If you want to RO with certain other people squad with them on the same RO team. I will try to keep you together when I assign ROs to stages, but if there's not enough RO experience on a team, I WILL move people around in order to make sure things run smoothly.

Register for the match via the bypass link

​In your approval email, you will also receive a payment bypass link to sign up for the match.

DO NOT directly register for the match on Practiscore because it will charge you. Only use the link in the approval email.

Select a Friday squad. Staff shoots Friday, then works all day Saturday, and just the morning on Sunday. Thursday is match admin only.

Setup (weekend before)*
Saturday: Build stages. Build target bundles
Sunday/Monday/Tuesday: Setup activators and final stage dressing
Wednesday: Range Master inspection
Thursday: Match admin set targets, shoot, and debug stages

Match
Friday: Staff shoots embedded with Friday competitors. Competitors will not handle scoring tablets or timers.
Saturday: Staff works their assigned stage for 12 squads. 6 all day, 6 half day.
Sunday: Staff works their assigned stage for 6 squads.

*RO staff is not required to be on the range before Friday's staff shoot, but we won't say no to help building stages the weekend before.

If you have issues shooting Friday, let me know ahead of time and we'll figure something out.

More detailed schedules and RO instructions will be sent in emails in the weeks leading up to the match so keep an eye out in March and early April.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided for ROs throughout the match.

Staff Shirts

Staff gets a free Staff Shirt. The Staff Shirt has a slightly different design from the standard shooter shirt and is exclusive to staff. Make sure your shirt size is correct on your RO registration and that you order one size larger if you are not asian sized as the shirts come from the Philippines.

Hotel and travel

No more than $300 will be reimbursed to any one individual. In the event that two or more persons travel together by vehicle, only one person may claim mileage. For hotels I need the hotel receipt, and for mileage a Google Map screenshot will suffice. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.54 (54 cents) per mile.

I'll send a travel reimbursement form after the match is over.
